Directions from Old clinic location: Head east 6 blocks from 25th Ave to Cooper Ave, take a left (north) on Cooper Ave. We are in the Exchange Center (old Anderson Trucking Building) that is 2 blocks north of Division on the left side of the street. Find us in the first set of south doors that say suite 160.
Parking: Parking is located South of the building and on Cooper Ave. For handicap patients parking on the west side of the building or rear of the building is available.
